The once scrawny actor is clearly proud of his transformation into a beefed up LaBeouf, and his lady couldn’t keep her hands off his jacked up body as they enjoyed a morning stroll.

The hotly anticipated Transformers: Dark of the Moon, the third installment in the successful Transformers franchise, will open the 33rd Moscow International Film Festival on June 23rd. The film festival opening will take place at the Pushkinsky Cinema Theatre in Moscow, with director Michael Bay and the film’s stars Shia LaBeouf, new leading lady Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Patrick Dempsey, Josh Duhamel, Tyrese Gibson and John Malkovich expected to attend.

This is the first time the Moscow International Film Festival is opened not just by an American blockbuster with a Hollywood cast, but by a world premiere of the film. The film will also premiere in 3D.

She’s been doing the rounds in a series of glossy magazines since being named the Hottest Woman on Earth by Maxim, but Rosie Huntington-Whitely wasn’t always so popular.

The model-turned actress has opened up about her battle with former school ground bullies, who would call her ‘kipper lips’ and ‘t**t lips’.

The 24-year-old revealed the taunts while stripping down to a sheer deep red gown and bikini bottoms for the July issue of GQ magazine.

It’s not the first time Rosie has posed for the magazine, but this time she admitted: ‘I was teased about the way I looked at school.’

While being photographed topless with her arm covering her modesty, she said: ‘I got teased because of my lips.

‘I used to get called T**t lips – because I had big lips but no breasts. And then I was called Kipper Lips.

‘There was a big group of girls that was Devon’s answer to Mean Girls, and they would storm the bathrooms shouting, ‘I’m going to f****ing deck you, Lips! See you on the school bus’.

‘And boys didn’t really go out with me.’

Despite the grim portrayal of her childhood, the Tavistock-born beauty did say she had fun with friends too.

‘We’d hang around in soggy jeans drinking cider. I did long for the city. But I was a very outdoorsy kid.

‘Until I was 15, riding was my thing – I was horse-obsessed.’

But her whole life suddenly changed when she was 17 and started a summer internship in the back room of a modelling agency.

The Victoria’s Secret angel soon caught the attention of agency bosses, who turned her into a model.

‘I was shocked. I used to see all these supermodels walking into the agency – tall, elegant glamazons. I was just a big lump from Devon.

‘But within a year I was travelling to America, being booked for French Connection, Tommy Hillfiger, Abercrombie & Fitch. I started to make serious money.

‘Suddenly school didn’t seem quite so important.’

Since her big break, Rosie’s modelling career has sky-rocketed and seven years later, she has transformed into an actress for Michael Bay’s latest film.

She replaced Megan Fox in Transformers: Dark of the Moon, out next month, and plays Shia LaBeouf’s girlfriend in the film.

The modest star says that although she doesn’t think she’ll become the next Meryl Streep, she’s willing to work hard for a shot to make it big in Hollywood.

‘Would I like even a sniff of Angelina Jolie’s career? Yes.  Do I think I have a future in this business? I certainly hope so. And I’m going to work damn hard to make sure I do,’ she said.

Rosie, who currently dates Jason Statham, added: ‘I’m not standing here and saying I’m an amazing actress or that I’ve had a heap of thespie training. But you’re damned if you do and you’re damned if you don’t.’

The July issue of GQ is out next Thursday and GQ has exclusive footage of Rosie on its new i Pad app out in June.

Hollywood Actress slash model Rosie Huntington-Whiteley is hot. Fact. Not only is she a Victoria’s Secret Angel, but she was recently voted as Maxim’s Hottest Woman On Earth, and she’s replacing Megan Fox in the third Transformers movie.

However when the 24-year-old started out as a model, not everyone thought she was in good enough shape, Rosie has told the June issue of Elle that she was told to lose some weight. Ridiculous right? Says Rosie;

"When I started modelling, I was definitely heavier. I was quite voluptuous in fact. I had a real baby face and baby fat. But I was a baby! I was told I had to get into better shape, but I'm quite stubborn so I didn't. I can't remember a time where I really battled with my body, but I can remember being asked to lose weight and battling with the advice. It hurt me, especially as my baby fat naturally melted away as I got older. You can bullied as a young model, but there was a point where I found my voice, effectively."

We say good on Rosie for now bowing to the pressure to shift the pounds when she didn’t need to anyway.

"Transporter" Star Jason Statham selling Hollywood home

Jason Statham is selling his Hollywood home for $2.74 million as he is in the process of building a lovenest for him and model girlfriend Rosie Huntington-Whiteley.

Jason Statham is selling his Hollywood home for $2.74 million.

The British actor – who moved to Los Angeles almost 10 years ago – has put his three-bedroom contemporary glassed walled house on the market as he is in the process of building a lovenest for him and model girlfriend Rosie Huntington-Whiteley.

The three-bedroom, three-bathroom Hollywood Hills property is set over an open-plan design and includes a swimming pool surrounded by hedges, giving a sense of privacy.

However, sources say he is keen to move as the home is very much his taste and he wants something to represent both him and Rosie, who he has been dating since last year.

A real estate source is quoted by the Mail Online website as saying: “The house has a very macho feel to it.

“You can image that Jason would have felt comfortable there. The décor is sleek and modern. It's an amazing place but Jason wants to move somewhere new that suits Rosie's style as well.”

The ‘Expendables’ star – who bought the property for $2.4 million in 2005 – has purchased some land in the same area to build a brand new home on a much larger scale.

An Hollywood Action Ride From Jason Statham

The Mechanic : Jason Statham is the kind of action hero franchises are built on because he can sell the acrobatic sizzle, as well as connect with those hefty dramatic punches. In this surprisingly solid remake of a 1972 Charles Bronson movie, Statham plays a veteran hit man who is forced to reassess his allegiances when his mentor's loyalty becomes questionable.

To bring some sense of moral credibility to his life, he takes on his mentor's son (Ben Foster) as an apprentice -but all heck breaks loose when the good people seem bad, and the bad people start to look good. A decent action ride with some deeper male-bonding moments, The Mechanic revs high and keeps you tethered to your seat without putting a gun to your temple.

The Roommate  : Despite one of the creepier trailers and ad campaigns, this thriller about two gals who get a little too close in college corners itself in the shower as it abandons character in favour of cheesy thrills. Because the thrills aren't that chilly, and the dramatic development remains entirely transparent for the duration, neither Leighton Meester nor Minka Kelly find much to do. It all starts to feel a tad cheap, tawdry and forced.

Barry Munday  : Men may feel an unstoppable urge to clutch their privates over the course of this Patrick Wilson movie, and no surprise why: This black comedy deals with one man's personal struggle to deal with the loss of his testicles. After a freak encounter with an angry man and his trumpet, Barry Munday's entire life is put on hold.

Doctors could not save his baby-making plumbing, and suddenly, he's lost his life motivation. Ernest Hemingway wrote about such empty barns of manhood, but Wilson finds a way to animate the haunting absence with endless humour. Supporting performances from Chloë Sevigny and Cybill Shepherd only add to the understated theatrics. 3

Vanishing on 7th Street   : Spawned from a tradition that includes zombie movies and psychological horror, this Brad Anderson (The Machinist) thriller revolves around the concept of a failing electrical grid and monstrous spirits that suck people right out of their skins when darkness falls.

Hayden Christensen, Thandie Newton and John Leguizamo are some brand name talents who bring some class to this otherwise B-movie concept chiller, but they can't do much to make the film more interesting as it starts to cycle toward cliché.

Modra : Toronto filmmaker Ingrid Veninger takes a personal story of home and turns it into a compelling little drama starring her own daughter. A very simple narrative takes us to Modra, a small town in Slovakia, where Lina (Hallie Switzer) meets her relatives for the first time while her friend Leco (Alexander Gammal) deals with his pent-up feelings of desire. The two teens have an awkward chemistry that fills this movie with the unique reek of sexual frustration, and it proves more successful at setting the mood than any cinematic device up Veninger's resourceful sleeves. Smart, subtle and small-scale.

Daydream Nation : High school sucks. Is there any point denying it While Glee recreates the geography of puberty with a Chiclet smile and bellowing pipes, first-time directors such as Michael Goldbach are stoking a whole new bonfire of vanity. If Daydream Nation is any indication, the whole point of this new take seems to be finding peace with the surreal, ungrounded state called the "teen years" and embracing all its uncertainties. Certainly, that's what Caroline Wexler (Kat Dennings) seems to be doing. A hot young woman with endless sex appeal, Caroline ends up at a new school in the wake of her mother's death with a desire to stir things up.

The Rite : Anthony Hopkins and Michael Caine could start a business for veteran actors: the cliché role clearing house, where no reasonable offer will be refused. In this case, Hopkins takes on the cloth as a priest who starts a boot camp for exorcists. Incredibly, this movie takes its cues from the real Vatican, which recently started a retraining program of their own. The movie finds some decent content, but fails to develop it into anything more meaningful than a tired exchange between believers and skeptics -punctuated by a demonic apparition or two.

With legs that go on for ever, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley shows why she’s been voted the world’s sexiest woman.

Rosie is one of the hottest models on the planet, she’s about to star in one of the summer’s biggest blockbusters, and she’s been dating hunky movie star Jason Statham for the past year.

Oh, and she’s still just 24.

Transformers is her first acting role but she wasn’t afraid to get her fingernails dirty as an action star alongside Shia La­Beouf. Rosie said: “There was a lot of sweat and dirt and it was hot and a lot of fun. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t ­really ­nervous but the stunts are something I loved doing.

“I had to run in heels for seven months. I am an expert at it now.”

Rosie, who was voted the world’s sexiest woman by FHM readers, divides her time between film sets, modelling jobs and boyfriend Jason’s Hollywood mansion. And she admits it’s a world away from her country upbringing in Tavistock, Devon.

But she says: “There is a big ­difference between Rosie the model and Rosie the normal girl. The model is probably perceived as glamorous, poised and elegant. But anyone who knows me will tell you I am everything but those things.”

And in addition to that, she has just topped Maxim magazine's annual hot 100 list.

So it's no wonder Rosie Huntington-Whiteley's boyfriend Jason Statham couldn't resist pulling the 24-year-old beauty in for a kiss at the Met Gala afterparty held at New York's Standard Hotel.

With his eyes closed and hand firmly placed on Rosie's back, Statham appeared to be thoroughly enjoying his passionate embrace.

Rosie had earlier wowed as she posed on the red carpet in a daring pink Burberry Prorsum gown which was slashed both at the front and at the back.

She teamed the dress with a pair of white strappy sandals, a matching bag and pretty dangly earrings.

Earlier in the day Rosie had looked a lot more casual, however, as she enjoyed a day out shopping with Jason.

Wearing a pretty printed floral dress, brown boots and matching hat, Rosie succeeded in looking trendy and summery in her outfit.

Rosie and Jason, 43, have been dating for a year and both ditched Britain to live together in Los Angeles.

The model’s move to LA came as she nabbed a role in the upcoming new installment in the Transformers film franchise and her acting career seems to be moving from strength to strength.

Earlier this month Rosie won a gong for Female Star of Tomorrow at the CinemaCon Awards for her debut film role.

But, speaking recently about starring alongside leading man Shia LaBeouf, Rosie admitted she felt incredibly insecure about the pair's kissing scene.

She said: '‘I had to wear heels the whole way through filming. When it came to our kissing scene, I said [to director Michael Bay], ‘Please let me take my shoes off! I feel so unelegant and I feel so unfeminine’.

‘He said no, "You’re giving small men across America hope!" '

Rosie added: 'It was great working with Shia. He’s such an intelligent guy. He’s worked so hard on these movies. He really held my hand like a baby the whole way through.’

Though Rosie Huntington-Whiteley may not be most well-known, she certainly has been noticed enough to top Maxim’s "Hot 100" list.

Access Hollywood confirms that the star of the latest Transformers film stole the top spot on the annual "Hot 100" list.

Maxim’s Editor-in-Chief Joe Levy said of the British actress, “Rosie is a true transformer – a Victoria’s Secret stunner who is about to go supernova when she takes over for Megan Fox in the Transformers franchise –her talent is as undeniable as her beauty, which is pretty jaw-droppingly undeniable.”

On her top spot, Huntington-Whiteley told Maxim, “[It] is a huge honor. It’s a great title to have for a year and you can have some fun with it, I think.”

Also on the list are Olivia Munn (second on the list), Katy Perry (third), Cameron Diaz (fourth), and Mila Kunis (fifth).

     Jason Statham's ex-girlfriend Kelly Brook has just announced her first pregnancy. But it's clear that the actor has long since moved on. As he walked hand-in-hand with his Victoria's Secret model girlfriend Rosie Huntington-Whiteley today they couldn't have appeared more in love.

     Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Jason Statham were spotted heading to lunch together at Taverna Tony's in Malibu yesterday.

     The happy couple exchanged romantic glances as they headed out for lunch together yesterday  in Malibu, California. The pair dined outside on the terrace at Mediterranean restaurant Taverna Tony's before walking hand in hand back to their car.

     Rosie, 23, looked casual in slim fit jeans and a grey long-sleeved T-shirt while her beau donned an equally as relaxed out fit of loose-fit grey trousers, a black polo shirt and a baseball cap.

     The pair, who began dating in April 2010, have been rumoured to be engaged since Rosie was spotted last month wearing a gold ring on her ring finger. They have even been spotted checking out property in the Hollywood Hills on the hunt for an LA love nest.

    Jason, 43, previously dated British actress Kelly who this week announced she is expecting her first child with boyfriend Thom Evans. The pair were together for seven years but split in 2004.

     Rosie, meanwhile has recently made the jump from modelling to acting and will make her big screen début later this year in the blockbuster Transformers 3: Dark Of The Moon. Before she met Jason she had been dating French actor Olivier Martinez, who is now in a relationship with Halle Berry.
