The once scrawny actor is clearly proud of his transformation into a beefed up LaBeouf, and his lady couldn’t keep her hands off his jacked up body as they enjoyed a morning stroll.

The hotly anticipated Transformers: Dark of the Moon, the third installment in the successful Transformers franchise, will open the 33rd Moscow International Film Festival on June 23rd. The film festival opening will take place at the Pushkinsky Cinema Theatre in Moscow, with director Michael Bay and the film’s stars Shia LaBeouf, new leading lady Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Patrick Dempsey, Josh Duhamel, Tyrese Gibson and John Malkovich expected to attend.

This is the first time the Moscow International Film Festival is opened not just by an American blockbuster with a Hollywood cast, but by a world premiere of the film. The film will also premiere in 3D.

Rosie thinks her modelling career was a good grounding for her switch to the big screen in the third Transformers movie, where she takes over from Megan Fox.

She says: “Modelling takes up a lot of time. You have to be ready to have a lot of energy and be prepared to be in your underwear or bikinis all day. A lot of discipline went in to being a model and definitely into doing a movie like this.”

Transformers is her first acting role but she wasn’t afraid to get her fingernails dirty as an action star alongside Shia La­Beouf. Rosie said: “There was a lot of sweat and dirt and it was hot and a lot of fun. I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t ­really ­nervous but the stunts are something I loved doing.

“I had to run in heels for seven months. I am an expert at it now.”

Rosie, who was voted the world’s sexiest woman by FHM readers, divides her time between film sets, modelling jobs and boyfriend Jason’s Hollywood mansion. And she admits it’s a world away from her country upbringing in Tavistock, Devon.

But she says: “There is a big ­difference between Rosie the model and Rosie the normal girl. The model is probably perceived as glamorous, poised and elegant. But anyone who knows me will tell you I am everything but those things.”
